Anyone can request a correction, including readers, companies mentioned on this site, and other members of the public. We take requests from featured companies seriously, but we independently verify any requested change before publishing it. a company's request alone is not sufficient grounds for a change if we cannot verify it.
We review correction requests and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Verified corrections are made promptly. Material corrections may be noted with an updated "last updated" date on the affected page.
Where a correction is factual and verifiable, we update the relevant page and refresh its last-updated date. Where a request concerns a matter of editorial opinion or interpretation rather than a factual error, we will consider it but are not obligated to change our published assessment.
